Creepy Snow Globe Collections

Creepy Snow Globes

Artists Walter Martin and Paloma Munoz construct eerie detailed artistic scenes hidden inside of snow globes.

Traditional snow globes house relaxing winter scenes of Evergreen trees, snow-capped houses and horse drawn carriages. However, these snow globes tell a different story.
These two artists have been working together since 1993. They sculpt miniature figures set in snowy outside scenes that depict sometimes horrible situations. Each snow globe tells a story and it’s up to the viewer to fill in the blanks of those stories. Some of these miniature people seem trapped in a fairy-tale like story.

The snow globes are part of their Travelers series. They are a limited edition as only 250 signed snow globes were made. As for the price of one of these, searching around on the Internet shows they are sold for $750.

Wow, I wish I had received one of these snow globes when I was younger. I think if I had gotten one of these, I would have been too afraid to leave my room. I love the detailed and haunting scenes. These snow globes hold cherished memories you aren’t likely to forget any time soon. And with Christmas in July rapidly approaching, these would make a great addition to any party. Provided that you have $750 to spend.

Turn Your iPhone into a Surveillance Device

iPhone surveillance device, lextech, iphone surveillance application
Good news Apple iPhone lovers Lextech, a company that develops surveillance systems has created an application, which provides users’ control over their surveillance systems using an iPhone. It’s actually an all-in-one surveillance device in your iPhone. Because of its interactive feature, the application will not just let you watch the action on the phone; it can also let the user control the cameras via the iPhone’s touch screen. Since traditional surveillance systems use a joystick or mouse to control camera positioning; with this newly created application, the user has the potential of a much more intuitive interface to drag the camera around and zoom in on things with just a touch of the screen. The company is still ongoing on the application’s development and will soon release it not later this year. Geez! How’s that for a high-end security huh?

See video on how the application works on the iPhone:

Infinity Total Solutions TSS-450

Infinity TSS-450 speakers, budget speakers, cheap speakers
If you’re interested in buying your first home theater speaker system and you’re on a tight budget, I recommend you buy the Infinity TSS-450 speakers. A budget 5.1 surround-sound system with a 100-watt powered subwoofer. According to some reviews, despite its low price, sound reproduction is very accurate and the system is capable of delivering pleasing bass in smaller rooms. Furthermore, experts say dialogue sounds crisp and clear. The sub is bulky, but the satellites are small – it would be of good use in rooms that might otherwise be overwhelmed by five full-sized speakers plus a subwoofer. The estimated selling price for this particular speaker is $175; definitely one of the cheaperst 5.1 surround speakers their is on the market.
